Representative Lynn brought up reconsideration of the vote on                                                                   
CSHB 348(JUD)(fld H) (page 2021).                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
The following, which was held on reconsideration (page 2049), was                                                               
again before the House in third reading:                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 348(JUD)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to the membership of the state personnel board."                                                           
                                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
CSHB 348(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific                                                                    
purpose of rescinding previous action in failing to adopt Amendment                                                             
No. 2.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
House rescind previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 2                                                               
(page 1991).                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Representative Lynn objected and withdrew the objection.  There                                                                 
being no further objection, Amendment No. 2 was again before the                                                                
House (page 1990).                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"  The roll
